Great news, if you are a subscribing member, shipping is now FREE on all orders over ÂŁ30 and your monthly subscription rum boxes. If you are not a member and buy items from our shop you qualify for free shipping on orders over ÂŁ100. The shipping depends on your final order, please see at checkout.
We deliver to the UK including NI, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & islands only for now.

SHIPPING & RETURN
You receive your box of rum in the first week of the following month you have subscribed at the address you specify when joining Craft Rum Club.
Payments are collected on the 20th of the month to allow time to get your rum ready of despatch at the beginning of the following month. If you have just joined our club you’ll either receive the current months box, if stock allows, or your first box will be despatched the first week of the following month. We will make it clear in your welcome email which box you will be receiving.
We will endeavour to despatch all shop orders within 48 business hours of your order being placed, we do not ship over weekends.
All our products are shipped using Royal Mail’s 48hr tracked service. Shipping policy.
We send our subscription boxes out the first week of each calendar month and you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number once your box is on the way.
We seek out rums that take you on a journey through the many different flavours and styles, to showcase delicious rums that we think our rum-loving community will love.

Craft Rum Club Rewards, our way of saying thank you for your support and loyalty. With different opportunities for you to earn points, earning points couldn’t be easier and even better you can do it all from the comfort of your own home. Here are answers to some common questions to help you start earning today.
It’s free to join, you will be automatically registered when you become a Craft Rum Club member.
You start earning points as soon as you join our club and you’ll receive 200 bonus points just for joining.
You will receive 1 point for every £1 you spend and each point is worth 1p, that’s the equivalent of 1% cash-back.
It couldn’t be easier, every time you make purchases through our shop your points will be calculated and added to your account. You can see your points balance by logging into your account dashboard. If you wish to redeem points against your purchase the total available points along with their value will be displayed in your basket and you can decide wether to spend all or some of them.
We’ll be really sorry to see you go and unfortunately you will lose your points if you decide to leave our club.
