Seven long years this rum is aged for, and it shows. The aroma, texture and flavour are robust and interesting – hints of spices including cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper are complemented by strong molasses and a touch of brown sugar.

Citrusy lime, ginger, spicy jalapeño, fragrant rosemary, and aromatic jasmine combine to create a mixer with a considered balance of zest and earthy flavours.

x1 REGAL ROGUE BOLD RED VERMOUTH 16.5% ABV
A New World vermouth. A marriage of 100% organic Australian wine and indigenous herbs and spices sourced directly from Aboriginal farmers. This is their Bold Red release and unlike more traditional European vermouths it is made in a drier style.
x1 BROWN BAG WEST COUNTRY CRISPS – OAK SMOKED CHILLI (150G)
The chilli seasoning is a unique twist on what is becoming a classic crisp flavour. The natural smoked flavour from sustainable oak perfectly complements the punch of the Scotch Bonnet chillies, making these crisps moreish and utterly delicious.
