The Kedu Cocktail Recipe with Equiano Light Rum

We love this wonderful Equiano light Rum, not only is it the very first African and Caribbean Rum ever with a rich back story, but its also a wonderfully versatile multi award winning rum ideal for daiquiris, mojitos or simply sipping neat 🥃

So, if you would like to experiment with the delighful rum, we recommend trying this ‘The Kedu’ as featured in our  Rumspiration magazine 015 cocktail hour is a delicious way to spend the weekend

The Kedu
50ml Equiano Rum
25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
12.5ml Pina Reàl Pineapple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura cocoa or chocolate bitters
Moët Champagne float
Pineapple leaf as a garnish


Place all ingredients, except champagne in shaker tin. Add ice and shake vigorously to marry ingredients and chill beverage. Strain into serving ware (coupe or martini glass, preferably). Float a little champagne on top of the cocktail with a pineapple leaf as a garnish. Yum! don’t forget to share and tag us if you try this out!
