Rosemullion Honey Rosemary Daiquiri Cocktail

Did you know our rum of the month #Rosemullion Honey Rum is 100% single pot distilled rum which has been aged with the perfect balance of botanicals and southwest honey to compliment the Cornish made rum🙌 Well now you do 😋🥃 &  here is a wonderful recipe to bring out this beautiful rum.

🍸Honey Rosemary Daiquiri 🍸
Ingredients:

50ml Rosemullion Honey Rum
20ml rosemary syrup
20ml lime juice
Sprig of rosemary

Recipe:
Add rum, rosemary syrup and lime juice to a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously on ice. Fine strain to a coupe glass. Lightly burn rosemary sprig with a catering torch or lighter and rest on top of glass to infuse.

Serve and enjoy!

1:1 ratio for Rosemary Syrup:
125ml golden caster sugar
125ml water
2x sprigs of rosemary

Combine sugar and water in a pan on medium heat. Add rosemary, stir and simmer gently for 15 mins. Cool and leave to infuse for 24hrs.
