Pure cane sugar and pristine mountain rainwater come together to produce single-batch rums with remarkablyrich flavours and smoothness that capture the essence of the Garden Isle in a delicious range of premium rum products.

All rums are distilled twice in a vintage 1,210-gallon copper- pot still, built by Liberty Coppersmiths in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1947 and refurbished for use at Kōloa Rum’s Kaua‘i distillery.

Nose

Rich caramel with wafts of butter toffee and light hints of Amaretto and freshly-roasted macadamia nuts. That’s just for starters.

Palate 

This soft and candy- like gold rum presents itself boldly with no pretence other than being a great-tasting gold rum. The mouth feel is viscous with an up-front caramel blast that finishes with vanilla, light macadamia nut brittle and toasted almond.
