Introducing the UK to the first organic rum from the Dominican Republic, born from the fresh juice of sugar cane, extracted from one of Ron Barceló’s oldest and wildest fields.🦚 A sanctuary untouched by the residue of fertilizers or chemical additives, it embodies a harmonious coexistence with the natural world. Ron Barceló Organic is aged within carefully selected oak wood cuts that have never been used before. Its blend of different ages gives it an intense amber colour, followed by subtle hints of cocoa, tobacco leaves, fleshy fruits and pink pepper. Enjoy this delightful organic rum neat or mixed.

Recipe: Organic and Spicy

½ ounce of Barceló Organic
½ ounce of triple sec
2 ounces of lemon juyce
1 ounce of simple syrup
2 cucumber slices
½ teaspoon of grated ginger

Preparation


Mix the rum, triple sec, ginger, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Mash a cucumber slice in the shaker and mix again. Pour into a short glass with ice and garnish with cucumber slices.
