A delicious, natural spiced rum from Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, bottled without any sweetener for a dry, spicy flavour.
Nose | Bold impressions of ginger and cinnamon, gentle notes of vanilla intertwine.
Palate | Sweet rush onto the palate, reveals cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Progresses harmoniously into the finish.

Ingredients: 40ml Foursquare Spiced Rum | 80ml Thatchers Haze Cider | 15ml Lime Juice | 10ml Simple Sugar Syrup
Method: Add a couple of scoops of ice into a cocktail shaker and then pour in the rum, Thatchers Haze, lime juice and sugar syrup over it. Screw the cap of shaker on and shake until it starts to frost outside. Open the cap and strain mixed drink into a chilled martini glass. Slit Apple slice and slide it on the rim of the glass as garnish.
Note: Pour Thatchers Haze into your glass if your cocktail shaker does not have a screw top.
